I got this photo with a polarizer on top of a sky light filter with a wide angle - the result was the vigneting effect you can see on the corners of the picture.

The so called statue man stands still in Rua Augusta most of the days. He has many different, but all very quiet, characters. This is probably the one in more accordance to his name.
